Pick up time for our units is normally 2pm and return time is 12pm. Please no smoking in unit, no climbing on the roof and no music festivals.

24/7 roadside assistance: Roadside assistance on every rental, plus help planning your trip or operating the RV.

Cancellation:

Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.

Otherwise, the cancellation policy is moderate.

Cancel more than 7 days before your trip begins: 75% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 25%)
Cancel 7 or fewer days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%)

The service fee, and the tax you pay on it, are not refundable. The insurance and other taxes are.

Note: If you still owe some toward the booking total at the time of cancellation, you’ll need to pay the remainder.

Early Bird Convenience Fee: allows pickup or delivery of unit early as 8am. Subject to availability. $49.00
Emptying Waste Tanks Fee: fee for emptying the black and gray waste tanks if returned with tanks not emptied. $49.00
Excessive Cleaning Fee: fee if excessive RV cleaning is needed upon return. Please make sure unit is cleaned prior to return. $149.00
Gas Refill Fee: fee for refilling gas tanks, gas cans and generator if returned not refilled. $7.00
Late Drop Off Fee: charge for each hour RV is dropped off past 12pm on return date. $49.00
Towels and Linens Fee: fee covers towels, sheets, comforters, extra blankets and pillows stocked in the RV for your trip. $79.00
